i think sailor moon is one tough cookie.

she went through some pretty crazy stuff. i’m actually surprised that she’s held it together all these years. i mean at first a cat talks to her. if that doesn’t trip you out for ages i don’t know what will. then she finds out she has defend the earth from alien threats? then she finds out she’s the fucking princess of the moon?! oh but wait her entire kingdom got wiped out except for her friends who were reborn. but then again the same very friends who die on a regular basis. and then she gets visited by her daughter from the future! boom.and that’s just the tip of the iceberg
